This has been an extremely easy process for me. Joe was able to get a warranty deed processed within a week of contacting him. Navigating the website was easy and convenient and the description of the property was clear. I was interested in the property that chose because of the description of its location in reference to city services and i would not have known any of that without a survey otherwise. Im thankful to do business with such a knowledgeable agent.
